Bruce R. FitzGerald, Member, Board of Directors

Bruce has served more than 10 years on the Board of Directors. Bruce was most recently was Chief Financial Officer of Nimblefish Technologies, a Bay Area based software company. He led a number of venture capital financing rounds in addition to developing the business infrastructure of the company. Previously, he served as CEO of ColorMagic, Silicon Valley’s premier digital print provider, positioning the company as an early eCommerce provider in the printing market. Prior to this, Bruce served as Chief Operating Officer and CFO of Venture Out, a leading California recreation vehicle retailer. His experience also includes financial management and planning positions with Hewlett Packard Company. Bruce has a Bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of California at Berkeley and a M.B.A from the University of Chicago.
